ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The program covers various sub-disciplines and encompasses a broad range of topics, including financial accounting and reporting, management accounting, financial management, computerised accounting, taxation, auditing, economics, company law, management, entrepreneurship, financial mathematics, and information technology skills and applications.
Upon completion of the program, graduates are expected to possess a specific skill set in accounting, which they can apply to solve problems and make sound decisions in different areas of business. Pass STPM with a minimum Grade C of Grade Point (GP) 2.00 in any subject and a credit in Mathematics and a pass in English at SPM level (or Mathematics equivalent to SPM);
OR
Pass STAM with a minimum grade of Maqbul (Pass) and a credit in Mathematics and a pass in English at SPM level (or Mathematics equivalent to SPM);
OR
Pass with minimum of grade C in Mathematics in IGCSE;
OR
Pass with minimum grade C in THREE (3) relevant subjects in O-Level;
OR
Pass with minimum grade B in THREE (3) relevant subjects in UEC;
OR
Other relevant and equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.
