UPTM Showcases Leadership at ASEAN+3 Forum on Women and Digitalisation 2025

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 9, 2025 — Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia (UPTM) continues to advance its role as a progressive and internationally competitive MARA institution, serving as the academic co-host and strategic partner for the ASEAN+3 Forum on Women and Digitalisation 2025, held at Sheraton Imperial Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
Carrying the theme “Empowering Rural Women through Digital Inclusion for Sustainable Futures,” the prestigious forum served as a vital platform to discuss strategies for empowering rural women through technology and digital innovation — in line with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 5: Gender Equality and Women Empowerment.
