3355. WITNESSES/DOCUMENTSThe accused is allowed to present their testimony, call any witnesses, or submit any documents in their defence. The USDC may question the accused or any of their witnesses and examine any documents or materials submitted.56. HEARING IN ABSENTIAA disciplinary hearing may be conducted in the absence of the accused. The USDC has the right to make decisions and impose penalties without the presence of the accused.57. DISTRIBUTION OF VERDICTIf a student is found guilty of a disciplinary offence, the USDC may send a copy of the hearing outcome to the student's parents or guardians, the student%u201fs personal file, the faculty dean, and the Finance Department.58. ATTENDANCE OF RELEVANT PARTIESNo person is allowed to attend a disciplinary hearing except: (a) Members of the USDC; (b) The student who is the subject of the disciplinary hearing; (c) Any witness while giving testimony or as required by the USDC; and (d) Any other person permitted by the USDC for any special reason.59.
