22(A) LIBRARYUse of the library, facilities, and services as outlined belo22. GENERAL LIBRARY RULESStudents must:(a) Present their Student ID card if requested by library staff;(b) Dress according to the dress code(c) Maintain silence and ensure a peaceful environment while in the library;(d) Show books, files, and other items to the staff at the counter when leaving the library;(e) Store personal books and belongings in the designated areas provided.23. GENERAL LIBRARY PROHIBITIONSStudents are prohibited from:((a) Bringing in personal belongings such as bags, umbrellas, and similar items;(b) Bringing in food and drinks;(c) Using mobile phones. All calls and call receptions must be made in the library lobby, and communication devices must be set to silent mode;(d) Engaging in inappropriate or suspicious behaviour;(e) Using any mobile applications or communication devices that may disturb other users;(f) Removing reference materials or library equipment without permission;(g) Damaging or rearranging library furniture;(h) Tearing or damaging reference materials;(i) Violating any additional regulations set by the library.Student Handbook and Disciplinary Regulations of Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia
