PROHIBITIONS ON THE APPEARANCE AND ATTIRE OF FEMALE STUDENTSFemale students are not permitted to:(a) Wear transparent, tight, short, or body-hugging clothing, or clothing with offensive images or words;(b) Wear slit skirts, blouses, or t-shirts with revealing cuts;(c) Wear skirts, except for long skirts that reach the ankles;(d) Wear sleepwear, shorts, sleeveless t-shirts, or sleeveless blouses except within their dormitory  rooms;(e) Apply excessive makeup or style their hair in an extravagant manner;(f) Dye their hair in unnatural colours;(g) Wear excessive jewellery or accessories, except for religious (and cultural identity) reasons;(h) Adorn themselves in a manner resembling men.21. COVERING MODESTYCovering one%u201fs modesty is obligatory for Muslims.
