                                    13(e) Physical HarassmentSexual behaviours or physical contact, such as approaching someone at an uncomfortably closeproximity, including actions like holding, tickling, hugging, patting, rubbing, stroking, pinching, squeezing, kissing, groping, fondling, or any other form of unwanted sexual touch that causes the complainant to feel offended, humiliated, or threatened.Examples:%u2022 Intentionally touching the victim's body; or %u2022 Intentionally hugging the victim.7. COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF DONATIONS/FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONSNo student or group of students, whether inside or outside the university, may collect or cause the collection or organise any form of donation or financial contribution without the university's permission. The management of applications, receipt, and disbursement of donations or financial contributions must follow the established guidelines.8. RELATIONSHIP WITH EXTERNAL BODIES(a) A student may become a member of any association, organisation, body, or group, whether inside  or outside Malaysia, including any political party.(b) A student may not: (i) Become a member of any unregistered/illegal association, organisation, body, or group, whether inside or outside Malaysia; or (ii) Become a member of any association, organisation, body, or group that the Registrar General  of PHEI determines and states in writing to the Vice-Chancellor as unsuitable for the interests  and well-being of students or the university.(c) A student and any association, organisation, body, or group of students established by, under,  or in accordance with the constitution may have affiliations, associations, or conduct other dealings  with any association, organisation, body, or group, whether established under any written law  or not, whether inside or outside the university, and whether inside or outside Malaysia, except: (i) Any unregistered/illegal association, organisation, body, or group, whether inside or outside Malaysia;  or (ii) Any association, organisation, body, or group that the Registrar General of PHEI determines  and states in writing to the Vice-Chancellor as unsuitable for the interests and well-being of  students or the university.Student Handbook and Disciplinary Regulations of Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia
