                                    10(i) Possessing, having in custody, or distributing anything that can be classified or used as a weapon  capable of causing injury or death, whether on or off campus;(j) Bringing in, possessing, or using electrical or electronic devices in UPTM residences without  the approval of the university authorities (Refer to Schedule I);(k) Engaging in or being involved in any activities or behaviours that can be categorised as sexual  harassment, whether physically or online;6. SEXUAL HARASSMENT6.1 Prohibition of Sexual Harassment(a) Sexual harassment is defined as any unwanted or non-consensual sexual behaviour that  causes the victim to feel threatened, fearful, and humiliated.(b) It is the university's policy to promote a safe and healthy environment, foster mutual respect  among students, and ensure that it is free from sexual harassment.(c) A student is strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of sexual harassment toward staff, students, or any individuals associated with or conducting business with the company.(d) Sexual harassment is a disciplinary offence that may result in the student being expelled from the university.(e) Sexual harassment can occur between individuals of different genders or the same gender.Student Handbook and Disciplinary Regulations of Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia
